so i'm finally updating. altho i dont really feel like it, but hey, i currently have nothing better 2 do. plus last time i updated i accidentally deleted it again. damn that. i hate it when it happens. just gets me all flustered and such.

yea, so i've used up half of my cell phone minutes already. and my billing cycle started a week ago. i've spent quality minutes talking 2 my friends, but yea. i'm running low. dood, my MOM has more minutes than me. it's retard-O. i need 2 start using her phone. yea, plus i had 2 use a lot of my day time minutes cuz my parents had this tendency to use it A LOT while we were in vermont and other places...as in calling every few seconds. must...slow....down...USAGE!
so today is new year's eve. what a boring night. well, considering i'm stuck HERE there's not much 4 me to do. every1 else will b out having a good time while i...hmm. what am i prolly gonna do? i think i'm prolly gonna read or something. blah. it's ok, dont feel sorri 4 me. there's no reason 2. i've never been a huge partier anywayz. and there's nothing i can do about it so i'm not gonna mope.

i hope every1 had a nice pretty christmas. every1 up here got snow on christmas, so that was kinda nice. o yea, in vermont i perfected by technique of pushing cars that were stuck in the snow. i'm getting quite good now. yea, vermont was quite fun, besides the fact i was ready 2 kill my parents. on the bright side i was always in my sister's car, so @ least there were SOME no-parent times. course, they called every 5 minutes while we were separated... yes. dont worri, i love my parents to death. but sometimes, it's a bit smothering. i think we all get this. esp. cuz i'm not used 2 this. i'm not used 2 having to wake up @ certain times to do certain things. i'm used 2 kinda going w/ the flow, no definite times. man, i'll b online for a few minutes b4 my dad starts telling me 2 get off. i mean wtf? alright, i'll stop venting.

seeing eric the other day in the city was nice. good 2 see a face from home. PLUS i got an AWESOME ut sweatshirt. woohoo! so i'll b sporting that around campus now. who needs a crummy cmu sweatshirt when u got THIS baby! THANKS ERIC! u're frickin awesome.

12 more days until my return to school. i counted yesterday. quite ready 2 see all my fellow CMU-ers, esp. my FAV one, as i'm sure u can easily guess. :) hmm. this holiday has gone by fairly quickly so far. 12 days really isnt that much. in 5 days my mom is leaving 4 taiwan, leaving just me @ home. :( so my going into the city is gonna b slightly a problem, b/c only my dad can take me @ like what, 6 in the morning? ehh, i'll figure it out later.

o btw, my parents have started to ask me what my plans are 4 spring break. and every1 is saying how spring break is the break u're supposed 2 go have fun. well, considering i'm only a lowly freshman, there's not THAT much i can do. but i still think we should try 2 do SOMETHING fun 4 spring break. skiing? anything? i doubt we can go 2 cancun or anything like that yet(maybe next year). but i still think we should do something. ideas any1?

highlights:

~amtrak was quite comfortable. huge seats that recline and such. but then i slept the ENTIRE ride...so i dont know that much about it. jeff was a nice travel companion. didnt bother me @ all, and slept also. course, he also watched cruel intentions 1st, after 2 straight days of no sleeping. jeff! what were u THINKING?
~i got 2 talk my darling 'chickadee' JESSKA!!!! she's my luv-uh-ly(should b pronounced like in my fair lady. never watched it? go WATCH) bestest bestest friend. ahh, i miss her. that girl....always makes me feel @ home. havent talked 2 her in AGES but u know, close friends like that catch up so quickly. anywayz, i dont esp. see the point in talking 2 her everyday. it's not like there's major things going on in our lives. aahhhhhhh......i LUV HER! cant wait 2 see her in the summer!!!!!
~slept allll day today. got out of bed ONCE to eat lunch, then back in till 6 pm. FYI i went to bed around...mm.. 4ish? course, my mom came in and bothered me every few hours to try and get me out. but come ON. i've lost soooo much sleep this past semester i think i deserve some sleep. plus, how often am i gonna get this chance? they always wake me up early to go do stuff anywayz. yup yup.
~home cooked food is so good. i never thought i'd actually miss it this much. but after that crappy CMU food, i'm ready 4 it. i've always been a pretty light eater, but that'ts not esp. possible @ school.

ok, so culture night was a SUCCESS! it all came 2gether @ the end, just like these performances usually do. i kno right now every1's prolly updating their xangas and crap about this...XANGA WHORES! hehe anywayz, i cant believe i 4got my camera. as dave would say, it's KEY. but i 4got it! ARGH.
So i got to wear this pimp ass headset microphone that made me feel very FBI-ish. during rehearsal it was alittle loud, so i think they turned it down alittle for the real thing. but i had moved it away form my mouth, so i think it wasnt as loud as i wanted it to be. that's ok. it was kool tho, i had a good time performing it, and making every1 laugh. well, ok. i dont deserve the credit. i wasnt exactly funni. cay and angela and chewy wrote and awesome script, and every1 did a NEATO BURRITO job of acting it out, and interpreting it in their own ways. it was pimp. i think altho we still laughed @ the stuff, i wasnt expecting the crowd to laugh THAT much! but i'm suuuure glad they did. i guess i just 4got some of the jokes i was so used to listening to.
anywayz, every1 did AWESOME! gary w/ his dancing, haha i cant take my eyes off of him, it was so great. altho i didnt see it, i heard the pdpsi skit turned out to be really good and funni too. every1 did soooooooo good! i'm so happy 4 every1.
but i soo glad it's over. sooo glad. i soooo do not feel in the mood to study 4 physics, or 4 anything else, for that matter. i promised myself i would not go out yesterday. and i didnt. i stayed in my room allll day. yea....that still didnt work. i' prolly studied a total of 2 hours. and sitting in my room...i eat non-stop. damn i'm getting so fat! *sigh* i'm such a fatty loser. tomorrow..MUST study....ahh!!!!!!!!!!!!!
o, yea, and i just wanna wish EVERY1 good luck on their finals! do good and make your mommy proud! and make me proud 2! your 2nd mommy. :)

haha ok, i know i should b asleep right now, but the snow is soooooo kool! just wanted 2 say that. i woke up this morning @ 7:50AM the usual time to go 2 chemistry. i look outside the window, and see everything covered in snow. i dont even know how deep. it was sooo beautiful. it was still pretty early, so most of the snow was left untouched. the cars were having a hard time getting thru everything b/c the roads were not that clear. craziness. i walk up to doherty, and there's like one single path. on my way back 2 my room after class, i get this call from albert. he's all excited, but 2 bad he didnt get 2 suprise me. i was already awake. damn 8:30 classes. hahaha but it was so kool! this was our 1st major snow storm. i heard classes were cancelled in pittsburgh.
anywayz, so there was a snowball fight @ henderson. at first i was alittle hesitant 2 participate, considering my lack of snowball forming skills, and the fact that my gloves are fleece and absorb the water and only make my hands colder(no good). i eventually gave in to temptation, and learned how 2 make a snow ball. (still need work. they still flake up. i wanna make a solid one) yea, and my aim still lacks tremendously. but my biceps are quite sore.
afterwards had to go thru some torture in physics course center, where i spend half of my life. had a pha meeting, where the sponsor gave us cute lil presents and i ate sandwich wrap dealies. yum yum!
yea, then went thru the process of finding out how the hell i'm gonna get home. right now looks like i'm taking amtrak to metropark in NJ. if u're amtraking it up on the 18, tell me!!! o yea, and i got my sister's christmas present today. omg that took WAYYY 2 long. but i wont go into details. :)
tony imed me to see if i wanted to go sledding w/ him and frank. of course, anything 2 procrastinate, right? ;) so first we treaded thru the pristine snow of the tennis courts, and spelled out "HARPOON" and ASS (with a picture of balls and a dick). frank and i worked on harpoon as josh and tony did the other. what harpoon means, i'll prolly never know. nor do i especially want to know. anywayz, it was nice to get recognition. my cousin today was like o wow, YOU guys did that? i saw that! :) so spiffy!
so i've never gone sledding b4(only tubing), much less on stolen cafeteria trays. again, u can imagine my hesitancy about just tumbling down a hill on a piece of plastic that contains oily remnants from the O... so after watching frank and tony, i scrounge up the courage to go sliding down the hill next to donner, flakes flying in my face, wind blowing, snow piling up near my crotch, and having SO MUCH FRICKIN FUN!!!!!! what a rush. so it turns out i'm not that horrible of a sledder. i got this 1 awesomely far one, that the twins have yet to beat. altho frank is an overall better sledder. those boys have that "run and jump" technique which i'm still too scared to try. i dont feel like bruising my tailbone. but yes, i also highly enjoyed watching josh try out many different methods of sliding down a hill. there was the "put a garbage bag over my head" technigue, the "stand on 2 different trays" technique, and various other highly amusing acts. those crazy boys actually tried to take the picnic table, flip it upside down, and try gonig down on that. 2 bad that didnt work. o yea, and my snow angel looked horrible. it looked pregnant, and it had wrinkles, similar to those on my jacket. (i cant drop backwards, so i sat down, and then leaned back).
so then walked back 2 henderson, watched frank ride up the supposed practically 60 degree "wheel chair" incline w/ the bike(he couldnt get up) that tony jacked, and then watched frank smash into a light pole twice while sledding. also got some hearty laughs out of that. then him and some other random guy sled down the hill between henderson and welsh. so it was just a continuous cycle of crashing into the bricks of welsh.
DAMN that was a frickin lot of fun. if only there could b more days like that... i had to write this down in my blog; i couldnt bear to wait. :)
wish me luck on the physics and calc quiz tomorrow!!!

*sigH* so school begins again tomorrow. actually, today. it's 12AM. but the stupid clock on this goes by cali time or something...w/e. so i kinda wasted this day. i only did 1 more section of calc. so now i'm only 2 sections behind...argh i'm screwed. this calls 4 major studying tomorrow. like that's gonna happen. i dont even frickin know what the heck a power series is. man, i cant even determine convergence and divergence...(118 crap).
OK ANYWAYZ i FINALLY watched a ghettofied version of sweet home alabama thanx in part 2 patrick(my brother!) and kenny(my cousin). i luv her hair. it's so kool. if only my hair could pull of stunts like that. she's so pretty too. and while we're on the subject of movies, this reminds me that i wanna go watch james bond...i havent NOT seen 1 yet...wait, is that a double negative? i believe soo..man my grammar sux. o well.
yes, i was in the middle of writing this long ass blog yesterday @ the request of tony, but thanx 2 KENNY i frickin deleted it all. it wasnt that interesting, basically just talked about what i did this break. but it's all good. kenny's kool cuz he spent 4 ever trying 2 find a theme 4 my computer. yay! plus he fixed my background 4 me. yea! and got me a new virus scan...yup, it's nice having a nerdy cs major as a cousin. :) u know i luv u!
