Time flies when you're having fun. Two weeks left. Trying to maximize my time here. Things have turned out interesting enough. Also been spending money up the wazoo now that we're getting closer to the end. I'm looking forward to going back to the good ole US of A, but there's definitely a part of me that wishes my time in Taiwan could be extended. It's also going to rain like every day during my remaining few days here. AWESOME. LOVE TAIWAN.

O yea! I also felt my first earthquake ever. I don't know how many of yall know about my earthquake phobia (it's what keeps me from wanting to really live in CA for extended periods of time), but yea. It was interesting. I was just sitting on the ground and all of a sudden I start moving back and forth, and I'm like wtf... at first I thought it was construction going on next door, but it wasn't cuz they weren't even doing anything. So it wasn't as bad as I thought, but STILL. That was only a MINOR tremor. Supposedly Taiwan gets earthquakes like every month. I didn't feel the last few. It's all good.

PS: If you'd like to see some pictures of my goings on in Taiwan, check out facebook. I'm tagged in some picatures by my lovely wife (I actually made her tag so other people could see; I'm too lazy to upload myself). Facebook = convenient.

Been quite a while since I've updated; I haven't really had the opportunity to sit around and upload pictures, which let me tell you, is a PAIN when you are not on the school network.

To give a quick recap of what I've been doing, nothing super-exciting. My daily life consists of going to class, eating lunch w/ classmates, doing homework, working out (sometimes), and eating dinner w/ friends. Last weekend was our spring break so I headed to Kenting with 3 other people to enjoy the beach. It was quite beautiful there. Next weekend I will be tripping it to HK. Tickets are finally purchased. I am getting broker by the day, which kinda sucks. However, I am trying to have fun before I have to step into the monotony of work life.

I have also been playing a bit of mah jong; I'd forgotten how much I actually enjoy playing. I miss my mah jong crew from back in Houston. Good times we used to have, good times.

On the bright side, I haven't been doing too much shopping. Trying to not go too crazy. I've also realized I'm not too into cheap clothes anymore; pretty much everything I've bought so far has been pretty nice; I'm too picky. I suck.

I DO have some interesting stories, but those I am way too lazy (and tired) to type all up. I'm even too lazy to AIM/MSN about it. Yes, that's right. I have MSN. I have succumbed to the MSN ways (need it to communicate with international people). So for those who want to use it to talk to me, let me know and I'll give you my sn. O yea, I also have Skype if anyone wants to chitchat with me, but I highly doubt that. Plus I'm not around my computer too much nowadays (I spend almost all my freetime at my wife's place), so yea.

Can't believe I'll be going back to the States in alittle over a month. Time flies. See yall soon!
