it's been a loooong weekend. i can forsee that every 3 weeks, i will not go out the entire weekend. why? ahh yes. the beginning of my world of php programming. truthfully, it's not like the code is extremely tricky or difficult. it's just tedious, and debugging is the worst part. total hours spent on project 1: ~20 hours. *sigh*

also i've been WAY busy in school, well, more busy than i have been in the past. this is partly due to me joining some new activities, and the incredibly fun internship search and rescue. rescue being rescuing me from a life of poverty. ok not a funny joke. also, i'm teaching a princeton review class right now, so that cuts into my schedule a good bit. after this class is over i'm gonna take a small break, maybe just do some proctoring here and there.

so a quick wrap up on the pros and cons of my life:
PROS:
princeton review gave me a raise, so that's exciting!
sife project manager
boeing is kool

CONS:
sife project manager (should be fun and stuff, but will be time consuming. i want the experience though)
IS curriculum modern regressions
finance
lack of sleep
cutting my csw teaching hours (stingy bastards!)

all in all, my life isnt to shabby right now. havent had any exams yet, nor many homework grades yet, but so far it looks to be an OK semester. more work though, that's for sure.

good labor day weekend. kicked it off w/ a bbq at frankie's house w/ REAL burgers. as in made from ground meat, and not that frozen patty crap. nice chill night. also went to shadyside for some shoppage. not much though, i swear! had work on sunday, which wasnt so bad. my kids are pretty kool. played foosball(sp?), pool, and charades. good times. probably one of the highlights was kenny clogging up the toilet and the amusement that resulted. hahahaha so funny! the charades were pretty funny too though. free bbq on the cut today, sponsored by the school. heard they had 8000 burgers. crazy. played some tennis w/ a buncha people. arms/face got darker cuz steph was stupid and didnt use sunscreen. tsk tsk on me. also helped tony wash the car, and then went to rose tea for dinner. yay for the improvements made there! taiwanese food is good stuff. i'm going to end this w/ 2 pictures i finally got from andre from australia.
