ignore the "i'm in pain" look. it was a bad picture, but the camera died before we were able to take another. more later if i feel like it.

i'll update on the exciting weekend later. lots of videogaming and deliciousness fun, plus another trip to the conservatory.

So preety!

it was sooooo cold outside man. o yea, and that blue scarf i have wrapped around my head(to prevent head from escaping, and to prevent my ears from freezing over and causing a headache) is the one i CROCHETED. go me!

this was a really good weekend, although not much work was accomplished. after a semi-disappointing week of returned exams (let's not talk about that), i had an awesome dinner with jeannette (who came up to surprise pheebs for her bday) and pheebs. we had dinner at oriental kitchen, my first experience there. it was actually pretty good, considering it's pittsburgh. i'm going to have to start making more trips there. it was really nice hangin out w/ them, and i had a GREAT time. and thanks to jeannette's bf joey for treating us all (i got the good end of the deal).

later that night i attended t3 w/ the twins, and it was OK i guess, i had given blood that day so i was pretty light headed. walking up the stairs was incredibly tiring. giving blood is good tho! anyways, yea. afterwards i fell asleep to frank searching for 101 dalmatians. went home around 4:30 AM, woke up at 3 PM for DS practice. took a shower (finally, hair smelled all smoky. blegch), and went to thai place cafe for my fav duck noodle soup w/ frank and tony. yay to frank!

after the quick geagle run (grocery trip), we watched the lunar eclipse in schenley park which was pretty kool, and quite COOL. hahaha! as in COOL WEATHER. HAHAHAHA. ok that's enough. anyways, quite cold. afterwards, headed to lulu's for 2nd dinner of the night (that's not the end of it), and then went to go see "Love Actually" with minji and el. everyone else went to go see matrix. blah, chick flick all the way. it was really good, i liked it a lot. it wasnt overly cheesy, it was just right. then afterwards was the 3rd dinner of the night at steak and shake. wow, eating so much!

and for posterity's sake, i'll quickly mention the "racing" by tony and al. tony had to notice how the street was deserted around the waterfront, and the 2 boys decided to show their machoism. after many mentions about racing in the past, words were finally converted to actions as they kicked us out of the car to race. after 2 races, tony came out on top, and that was that. o yea, in case you dont know, tony has an m3 and al has a prelude. and it was tony's first time racing his baby. racing schmacing. we froze our butts off waiting for them to finish. i exaggerate considering it didnt take that long. but it was cold. there was ice frozen on the roof of cars.

and that ends my day. i didnt do my laundry that i was supposed to do fri. i shall do it tomorrow, err, today. 3 loads, must wash bedsheets. o yea, and YAY my mom's back. i'm quite excited to be going home for thanksgiving. mee jian! i miss them so. pretty long entry. well, gotta post em for memories. one day i'll read this again and be like O HAHA i remember that. how i learned that steFanie cut her own hair. CRAZINESS!!!

so at home, i'll never even dream of doing housework, but when frank riles up the troops (tony and i) to go clean his yard/driveway, i barely think twice. mind you, we're doing this @ night, when it's dark outside. SCARY!!! took us, what? 2-3 hours? who knew a few puny trees could yield so many darn leaves. at least i didnt do the bulk of the raking and pushbroom labor (that was left to the boys).

then there was that GREAT trip up the private road to check out those awesomely kool houses. got scared away by a dog. supposedly a small terrier, but i didnt stick around to see. tony and sprinted away down the hill. i'm surprised i didnt die on my way down. frank and steFANie sure have some balls sticking around.
